Please note that playing on the Avenger server means you agree to adhere to the following rules in-game at all times.
Below Rules applied starting 20/12/2008:

1) Interacting with GM's / Avenger Team members:
1.1 - Do not ask GM's for items/gold/levels/fame, etc.

1.2 - Requests to fix rolled-over gear or other admin tasks should be communicated through the forum, not in-game.

1.3 - Do not argue with GM's in public chat. Disagreements should be dealt with via PM in-game or sent to Admin-Rizal through this forum for resolution.


2)Interacting with other players in chat:
2.1 - Do not use obscene or insulting language in chat.

2.2 - Racism is not tolerated in any form.

2.3 - Treat other players in a civil and polite manner. Disagreements should be dealt with via PM.

3) General Rules:
3.1 - You may not impersonate a GM in any way, including the use of a crest similar to the GM guild crest or using offensive name including name as below or below list is part of your character name;

3.2 - You may not use any improper or offensive symbols as a guild crest. A determination of an improper or offensive crest is made at the discretion of the Avenger Team.

3.3 - You may not use improper or offensive names, including but not limited to names intended to impersonate another person, whether fictional or real, living or deceased this also including name on 3.1.

3.4 - You may not advertise other servers on forum or in-game.

3.5 - Fame farming/transfer (repeatedly killing another character that you are controlling or is controlled by another party in collaboration with you for the intent of gaining fame through fraudulent means) will not be tolerated.

3.6 - Hacking, abusing bugs for gain, cheating or scamming other players will result in an immediate ban of all your accounts, including alternate accounts you are in control of that may have not been used for these purposes.

3.7 - Please report any players violating rules in the Bugs & Cheaters section of this forum or email to admin@ryl2avenger.com. Please note that you will need to submit proof (unedited screenshots or video taken using software like fraps) to support your claim. Unproven allegations will be deleted.

3.8 - In event your equipment rollover/reset , we offer free of charge for stat restoration for first time equipment rollover but player must provide SS with complete and clear item stat before it rollover and player not make any enhancement/combine to the equipment. Donation is required in below event;
a) 2nd time onward equipment rollover player need to donate RM20 for each stat restore.
b) Without SS before equipment rollover player need to donate RM20 for each stat restore.
Please take note that each equipment have unique Serial Number therefore we record all equipment Serial Number that already request for stat restoration.

3.9 - We are not responsible and will not restore back for any lost of ID,Character,In-game items,traded item or in-game character progress as it is fully responsible by player.
This also apply to below event;
3.9.1 - Id been hijacking/hack
3.9.2 - Database roll back
3.9.3 - Accidentally dropped item
3.9.4 - Accidentally selling item to NPC
3.9.5 - Been scammed/cheated by other player
3.9.6 - Other player buy your item inside your stall
3.9.7 - Server permenant closed.
3.9.8 - In-game bug

3.10 - You should 18 years old and above to play at our server. Anyway if you are below 18 years old and not less than 13 years old please seek for your parent permission and guidance before playing at our server.

3.11 - We are not responsible to any action that been made between player including buying with money, hand phone top-up and fighting.

3.12 - If you are student, make sure you not neglect your study as MMORPG game sometimes addicted to some people. Remember knowledge is king and study should be your first priority.

3.13 - We are not responsible for any illness, fatigue, addicted, injury or death while playing this game at our server.

3.14 - Donation is a gift of money to the server to pay monthly server expenses. The donation is needed to prolong availability of the server. As a thank you for your support, you get a reward ( donation item ).Money that been donate by you will not be refund and items cannot be return back. We are not responsible for any error that occur during donation process to our account including accidentally bank-in donation to other account than below;

3.15 - In-game password changeout or password vault reset only can be done by sending an email to admin@ryl2avenger.com using email during id registration. We have right not to change the password or reset password vault if player send an email to admin@ryl2avenger.com not using email that been use during ID registration.

3.16 - In-game account is non-transferable and we don't take any responsibility to player between player deal including buying ID using real money.

3.17 - We have right to terminate your account any time without any prior notice. In event you violating our rules, your account will be terminated and we have right to put your item for auction purposes.

Action/punisment that will be taken;
1.3) Argue with GM in-game or insult GM - Warn, temporary mute, permenant mute,temporary banned or permanent banned.
2.1) Insult other player - Warn, temporary mute, permenant mute,temporary banned or permanent banned.
3.1) GM Impersonate or offensive name - Permanent Banned
GM Crest (Guild) - Warn or Remove Guild
3.2) Offensive Crest (Guild) - Warn or Remove Guild
3.3) Improper Name or Character name intent to impersonate other player - Warn, Character changed, Character Deletion, temporary banned or Permanent banned.
3.4) Other Server advertisement - Warn, Temporary banned or Permanent banned.
3.5) Fame Farming/Transfer
1st Offense fame will be cut into half
2nd Offense fame will reset to zero
3rd Offense permanent banned
3.6) Hacking / Bug exploit / Cheating / hijack other ID and Scamming - Permanent Banned.
3.7) Selling item in Ringgit Malaysia or real money - Warn, temporary mute, permenant mute,prison, temporary banned or permanent banned.
3.8) Use almost or similar name as other player that already use earlier - Warn, Character changed, Character Deletion, temporary banned or Permanent banned.

We have right to take any action including in-game item removal, take away in-game item, reduce/increase character progress (including fame,medal,level,guild), Character mute, Character deletion, Account banned, Account deletion and any action whenever we feel it appropriate at anytime without any notice to player in advance or after.
